Normal

Normal

Less mileage this week, so Maureen and I did 7.43 miles--one trip around Lake Zorinsky. Pretty easy pace: around 7:30 per mile or so. Absolutely beautiful morning out. Couldn't have been much better.

I generally like exciting or eventful, but today was pretty normal. We saw the people we usually see. The run today was relaxing, simple, and easy. Thank God for normal days.

Graig,

I was just showing my wife what happens when I google our name and came across a blog that you are training for the Boston...That is pretty exciting, My wife and I have been doing distance running for 3 years now with group called Portland Fit. We are always doing 5 and 10K runs along with duathalons and the Hood to Coast relay. I've completed 3 half marathons and am hoping to complete my first full marathon this October. I'll keep looking at your blogs on here, my email address is donovan_finnestad@yahoo.com if you want to get a hold of me...Good luck with your training.
