What is Kindness?

Hebrew: “chesed” which means loving.
Greek: "chrestotes" which means gracious.

Put them all together: Kindness is caring enough about others that we treat them with love and grace.

Kindness is a gift from God

But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! –Galatians 5:22-23

Kindness is not an action; kindness is an attitude.
