I have nothing to report after today's run. See yesterday's post about my thoughts on treadmills. It was below zero outside and the treadmill was my only option. I ran 45 minutes which was 6 miles with 4 x 400 hill repeats at the end of the run.

that butter picture is fantastic!! ditto the computer one...your kids are fun.
it's been in the 60s here in Kansas, forcing healthy people to run outdoors and slovenly sedentary people (yours truly) to meander outdoors for a few minutes and then claim "oh, I have too much homework, no time to work out."
hope you get a few nice days amidst the frigid-ness.
