Your words paint a beautiful picture with your beloved son... and the love of God for His Son as well.
Silence certainly does bring me closer to the heart of God.
One of the many blessings I took away from my "Walk to Emmaus", was our "Kairos Time"... a silent meeting place with God.
I agree, turn up the silence and listen.

Thank you for the legible version, I have c&p it into my collection of prayers. I do have to admit that I appreciate the rawness of the original prayer with its scripture links, drawings, and emphasis markings. It's like reading a map of your destination to the final prayer.

My mind was held captive by your "Prayer for Balance." I too find myself struggling to make the right decisions... the ones I know He wants me to make. Some days are more difficult than others.
You wrote "I am pulled in all directions... pull me in your direction." These simple words say it all for me. I can only imagine how often I am now going to repeat them. Thank you.

My husband and I have attended Water's Edge for the last two Sundays. The people are friendly, the music is awesome, and the message is spirit-filling. I think we have found our new church home! I have worked with many pastors over the years, and I understand what you're going through. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers as you make this difficult, but very exciting change in your lives. The best "is" yet to come!
